  Aaron and his staff of professional trainers are awesome! They really treat you like family and make the atmosphere comfortable for everyone. Aaron really cares about the progress of each of his clients.

  I was a client of his for a long time and never felt stronger! Due to other issues, I was not able to continue, but if I was able to again, I would in a heartbeat!   I have been training with Aaron for 2 years. When he decided to open up his new gym, I followed him. I have trained with other trainers who really do not take the time to understand your goals, or they push you beyond what you can take. Aaron takes the time and gives you 100% of his focus while training you. I needed someone who was going to watch me to make sure I didn't hurt myself due to the weak muscles in my back. Aaron has always been mindful of my health. I couldn't ask for a better trainer! His prices are extremely reasonable at $15 for 30 minutes and no contracts! He is one of the best trainers out there and you will not be sorry if you decide to utilize his services.
