  Crooks & Thieves. Paid for car wash. Only one side of wash was working. When I exited, I approached clerk to request refund or credit. He refused to offer any recompense. I asked for manager, he said he was him. He said if I don't like it don't come back. Shell Co says independently owned, nothing they can do. Stay away unless you like getting ripped off.

  Charged a $500.00 preauthorization fee to get gas at the pump, still waiting on my money to be funded back. I don't see how it is even possible for anyone to purchase gas at this location. Do not go here!
