  Excellent location and friendly environment. I can’t speak to the pricing, as I went with a large student group and we got a special discount. The food itself is only so-so; I’ve definitely eaten better Chinese food in my time. It’s also not bad, just nothing exceptional.

  I liked the food at Chalin's. Being a vegetarian it was great to find lot of vegetarian options there. A couple of dishes were on the oily side. But I absolutely loved the pan fried noodles and Vegetable Sesame Chicken(it is vegetarian!)

  Decent Chinese food for DC area. Very elegant dining area with attentive, if not very talkative, wait staff. Also offers takeout and delivery. I wasn't a fan of their egg drop soup but enjoyed the Taiwan style angel hair noodles dish.

  One of the best places in the Farragut area to get nice relaxing Chinese meal. Reasonably authentic, great ambiance, service is more what you would expect in China than the US in other words it's a bit slow. Their peppered beef is outstanding as well as some of their Shanghai dishes. they are more of an Eastern Chinese style restaurant so their shanghainese dishes are going to be more authentic. Chinese officials do eat here.
