  My sister and I love tea houses and our favorite one closed. Then we found Cha Cha's and we couldn't be happier. The service is so personable and comfortable, the atmosphere is so laid back and non-chalant, but you can also get a unique tea service here not seen anywhere else.

  This is the tea house I've been waiting for. It's a perfect mix of traditional tea service and modern, fun tea concoctions. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Service is always great, parking is free (unlike most other places downtown), and the ambiance is chill and welcoming. Seriously, one of my very favorite spots in Phoenix. Definitely check it out!

  Hands down the best tea in Phoenix. I've had Chai at dozens of other places in the valley and the Spiced Chai here is the undisputed champ. Amazing product, great atmosphere, and an owner whose passion for her product translates into the highest quality authentic tea lineup in Arizona. The Grand Avenue Arts district has managed to land yet another amazing specialty shop that's taking craft and quality to another level. Simply put, this place is not to be missed. Serious tea lovers... your happy place has arrived. Casual tea drinkers... Cha Cha's will make you love tea more than you ever thought you could.

  Just went for the first time to this new place. Its a really chill space and atmosphere for people who want authentic, quality and good teas with friendly and down to earth service. Most people these days dont know how awesome quality tea can be, and the people here are devoted to that quality. You can get a 20oz cup of hot or cold for just over $3. You can order by the pot for a more genuine tea experience with a group. I can imagine this being the perfect meeting place for all konds of groups and friends. Its the only place of its kind that ive seen so far and ill definitely be back!
