  Wasn't sure what my husband and daughter would think of Body and Brain. I had taken some BNB classes with my sister a few months back when I was in town and loved it but I take yoga and meditation classes back home regularly and honestly my husband and daughter are a little uptight ;-) but they really enjoyed it! Nicole is a fabulous instructor and you don't need any experience to get the benefits. There is no right and wrong way to do the movements, it's all about using and loving your body. My husband said it helped him release tension, which was awesome because his work is pretty tense right now and my daughter said she was glad she did it. Thanks for a great family activity BNB!!!

  First class here with my sister was absolutely wonderful everyone made us feel warm n welcomed like they truly cared number one, secondly the class was amazing I am so looking so forward to continuing my journey with these wonderful very experienced instructors. Thank u Mara n please pass on to all the girls..

  I've been going to Body & Brain Yoga for the past 3 months and I am so grateful to have found this place. It's a combination between traditional Yoga and just a natural approach to live a healthier, happier and peaceful life. You will work on areas of the body which I didn't know existed, you will learn how to breathe correctly, stretch a lot, and each class is an exquisite experience. Every day there are themed classes, with different masters, and not one is the same. Which is what I love the most: you don't know what to expect, it's fun and challenging, and you will never feel judged by what you do and can do. You will find people of all ages, all interested in one common thing: to feel better every day and enjoy life! Congratulations to all the masters that make this place so unique and welcome! And bring your kids as well, they have a special class for them. They will learn mindfulness, how to breathe and calm themselves when in anxious moments. I am grateful for everything that I have experienced in this place. Sincerely!

  I love coming to this place and never want to leave it. The exercises are so invigorating and the people are so warm and kind. I would highly recommend the classes! They have helped me stand straighter and improved my muscle tone in a peaceful, loving environment. A great way to unwind from your busy schedule and find peace and quiet while helping your body.

  This place is great for body & mind! I have taken all the classes here and I am always impressed how they help me to feel both peaceful and energized. I can start my day or end my day here and it is always great. The staff here is excellent and so kind and genuinely wanting to help people to heal. I am really happy I started coming here. It's difficult for me to miss even a single day! :)
