  If I could put a zero I would very unprofessional management. There is always lines no matter the time of day or week usually only one cashier. Manager is unprofessional if I’m trying to conduct my business don’t be loud so everyone in the place can hear and comment. won’t be using them again either. I’ll travel a long distance just to avoid using this location. Don’t waste your time or energy

  I visited this location so many times before writing this review in hopes of a better experience thus a better review. Unfortunately, it didn't occur. Visiting this place is like boarding a roller coaster but backwards... is like your entire life needs to move at great speed, get your bills paid; or your checks cashed or whatever the reason for your visit may be. But it doesn't happen that way. Instead you're forced to wait on line for so long that I completely forgot what brought me to enter this place. Then they have 6 windows and only 1 or 2 open and if you're lucky maybe a third window will be open one day soon. (Just stay hopeful) The agents talk among themselves about any topic they find interesting. This is all happening while you're waiting to be serviced and needing to leave happily ever after. These agents should be properly trained in customer service. They are extremely slow and totally unprofessional. The worst check cashing place I've had the displeasure of visiting. I rate it 1 star only because they sell MetroCards, offer Western Union and because of their convenient store hours. Located near Bx5 and Bx27 buses.

  The workers there are really rude and disrespectful . They have no respect for the public.

  just the absolute worse i tell,have six windows and always two open and the workers there are so slow they make a turtle look like a rabbit,they stay talking to each other as if you're not infant them trying to get things done in a time manner. the next thing is I don't know why they don't just open a next window for metro cards cause you be on line for mad minutes just trying to buy a metro card ..they need to work on customer service big time.
