  All I can say is WOW, honest mechanics do exist. I took my Chevy to many places in Port Chester and Byram they tried telling me I needed things I know I didn't need and a friend told me to go see Charlie at Certified Automotive I gave it a try and he was honest and staight forward on what my car needed. He gave me a fair price and the job was done.

  Over promised, Under delivered I came to this shop by the recommendation of a friend. After running over a tow hitch, my BMW undercarriage was severely damaged. Insurance claimed a check over $10K. The owner assured me he could have it done in two weeks and said he would help me with the costs. I gave him the check and was hoping this was now my go-to-guy since I recently moved back to the area. Over 6 weeks later I got the car back and had to pay him the insurance deductible on top of the check. Another several hundred dollars. Now, metal continues to grind when I cut the wheel in either direction and the motor seems to race. Low mileage car. When I wrote him about these problems I didn't get a response. Feel duped.

  excellent price ..great job .they don't charge anything extra.they only charge how many hour they work on your car....

  Very Happy with the service. Fast and New Dealer quality... Price was exactly what was quoted and I saved $500 comparing to a new dealer. when you have a prewoned car, every penny counts. Definitely would recommend

  Tried to sell me a car that he did not own. After I gave him the money he could not produce the title and would not refund me back my money he gave me the runaround or three weeks before legal action was taken
