  My husband made an appointment with Certified Appliance Repair Edison regarding our troubled dryer. It was making a squeaking sound whenever in use. The repair specialist who came to diagnose it was polite, punctual and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed a defective motor and fixed it right the first time. I know who to call the next time we require another appliance repair service.

  We reached out to Certified Appliance Repair Edison for an issue with our washer machine. It would make a buzzing sound every time we use it. We were so happy for the quick response time they provided us for we have a pile of dirty clothes that needed to be washed. The repairman resolved our problem by replacing a broken motor coupling. Excellent appliance repair service.

  My washer started to leak water through its pipes so I called Certified Appliance Repair Edison for a quick washer repair. The appliance service technician informed me that the drainage pipes were too worn out. They had these replaced swiftly and carefully. Now I know whom to call when I have appliance problems.

  I was so frustrated when my dryer wouldn’t start at all. I phoned Certified Appliance Repair Edison and the customer service representative was very polite. They sent a nice guy to my apartment and he immediately diagnosed the problem. He replaced the faulty thermal fuse and made my dryer work again.

  Called to schedule an appointment because the website said same day service. Well, there was no same day service the day that I called despite calling first thing in the morning. So I got an appointment a few days later (to accommodate my work schedule). They gave me a 3 hour window. (From 9am-noon). The company called me the day before the appointment to confirm the appointment and the 3 hour window. Well, here it is on the day of the appointment and the 3 hour window has come and gone and NO show from the repair person. Seriously! No phone call and no show of technician. Just me waiting around the house. I called the company and they said they said they would call the technician to see what his ETA was---they said someone would call me to update me. That was 45 minutes ago and I still haven't heard from anyone. So I called back. They were surprised I didn't hear from anyone and are going to reach out to the technician again. But here I sit waiting...... Not holding my breath. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I will NOT use them again. Do NOT waste you time.
