::Customer service has gone downhill fast since Covid. Poor, slow and lack of service is costing me time and money so will be looking to move money to one of my other banks that has better service.

::My wife has had an account here for years, I mean since the the early 90's. Every time we need to talk to CS we are forced to wait during business hours. This is the second time a few years where we make a payment and they claim it didn't go through, then they take money out of your savings to cover it but still hit you with fees. Then when you have to prove your payment it takes hours if not days to get done. I have been trying to ditch this company for years for their lack of service. Today we spoke to Donna Gillis and she went out of her way to get things done, she was so polite. Even though I spent a few hours getting this done and was extremely frustrated Donna really went above and beyond to get things done, CFCU, you need to work on your CS, Donna, thanks for your help. Was going to give 1 star but Mrs. Gillis helped add to the board.
