  I have lived here since 2015 and I absolutely love it. It's not a fancy building like some of the newer ones but the amenities are fantastic. I will list my favorites. 1. Free Internet and Cable 2. Free Laundry 3. Free heat 4. Gym, library, game room, party room whirlpool and sauna. 5. Attached covered parking garage. 6. Convenience store - Attached 7. Two patio's with bbq grills and outdoor pool 8. Skyway connected. 9. Twenty four hours concierge service. The building is built rock solid with excellent sound insulation. I often have friends over for football games and have never bothered my neighbors. The manager Kerri Swanson is awesome with a terrific staff David, Danielle and others. Love it here

  Just using the parking ramp, clean and less costly than some of the other near by ramps.
