  The only good thing about this place is its location. The entire building has ONE elevator, so god forbid you need to get in and out in a hurry when it's busy, you will wait for a VERY long time. Also, they have a central call center for all their locations. Meaning if you want to do something as simple as changing your card on file, you have to go to the place in person, they don't don't over the phone. They also raise their rates constantly. There are lots of options around Downtown, make sure you shop around before choosing this place, you will likely regret it.

  This is a relatively new and clean facility and that is it's strength. The downside is that they have consistently raised the prices every 6 months for many years. This becomes annoying not just because of the price increase, which is annoying, but when you have monthly bank payments set up and it feels like you are constantly having to change the payment. Our last increase was $12/month. Also this is not a great place for a big move, since it only has one moderately sized elevator for the whole facility.

  It is so wonderful to deal with smart, thoughtful and competent people in the workplace. The Manager, Dustin treated us like valued customers even before we were in the door. Every step of the way we were, and continue to be, satisfied customers.
