  Old parking garage that needs a through paint job and cleaning. But the location is fantastic.

  terrible place. i pull into a spot and a guy tells me its valet parking. i ask him how much, after 3 seconds of thinking about it he says 8 dollars. i asked him where to go and he points at the other side of the lot. i cant find a spot and as i'm making a U-turn another employee, a black gentleman in a white shirt rudely asks me what I'm doing. i told him looking for a spot. he rudely says "what did the other guy tell you?" i tell him "to come to this side of the parking lot" the guys shakes his head and says "no" as if I'm some sort of lying idiot. i call him out on being rude and unprofessional then he curses me out and tells me to leave. obviously i dont leave. idiot staff members. no space. bad signs. worst parking lot i have ever been to

  I grew up in Flushing and remember this place almost 30 years ago. It has gone through so many renovations and change in tenants...the elevators are still very slow - nothing has changed...and no WIFi signal in the Concourse level or below...

  Very unprofessional staff. Rude and condescending attitude. They are not trained to face customers. They call customers "HEY". I'm gonna start to look for a better parking establishment. I don't deserved to be treated like I'm a criminal when I pay days in advance for my monthly parking rental. Even my child stated that they are not nice men. That was the last straw..
