  Hole in the wall. Old school gym. 3 lane lap pool. Little hard to find, but worth it.

  I enjoyed my time at this gym. Older crowd. Never packed. Fun place to work out. Free parking. Free towels.

  BEWARE! Kathy, the owner, will give you a hard time if you want to cancel your membership. She charged us with unreasonable high amount for cancellation.

  Best Gym ever, older equipment with great upkeep, the owners actually care about the members. No one is mean, there's no gym goons. Love this place.
