  While in the past I have heard many negative stories about this facility I personally have found Central Park to be absolutely amazing. The staff is awesome and are too many to mention but I must call out Kendall and Tonya on the ground floor. They have totally gone above and beyond every single day for my neighbor to make him as comfortable and as happy as possible. The staff is very overwhelmed and does their best with all patients from my point of view. Thank you!

  Absolutely by far, the best building I have ever had the pleasure of working at. The family atmosphere at Central Park, is unlike anywhere I’ve ever worked. With that being said the administrator Jackie goes above and beyond for all the residents, knows everything about them. I have never worked in a facility where an administrator has been so involved with the residents. Jackie knows it all the way down to their sleeping patterns, and takes the time to know their routines along with their families. Overall we are a TEAM at Central Park and we are a family.

  I started at Central Park in July of this year. Being a DON (or any member of management) it is so important to work for a company that gives you support and NSPIRE does that. They give and do whatever in needed to make sure patients have the best care and everything they need. My Administrator, Jackie, is the best administrator I have ever worked with. I’ve never worked with someone that cares so much about the clinical staff. She is always helping in any way she can. She knows the patients, their families.. and also asks about their medical status. She participates in most of our clinical meetings. And that is rare. She always makes time for the staff. It really has a family feel. We have a great management team and I am truly blessed to be a part of it.

  The only reason I am okay with one star is because nursing deserves some credit. When we came to pick up my mother not one staff helped, just my partner and I struggled to get her into the car, They have communicated nothing to me, they sent her home with a stage 2-3 bedsore on her tailbone so she was obviously not moved enough, she informed me that she had fallen out of bed, onto the floor, I requested guard rails but they were never put on despite this fall, her muscles have atrophied, again showing she was NOT moved enough, doctors never call despite your request, her room phone never worked, It would never ring through, and I requested they fix it several times and watched them fill out a work order every time. The entire issue with this facility is total lack of communication. Message after message left, as I am 25 and handling my mother’s care myself, I needed assistance only to never get a call back. I do not recommend anyone placing their loved ones here as they truly are just looking for money. The nurses here seem to be the only compassionate people on staff as anyone other than them were cold and rude.

  My mother's experience here has been amazing. The building is so clean, the staff always has positive attitudes, and the profound care everyone has provided to my mother has been a relief. The Director of Nursing is the best! She always calls me with updates, and I am always aware of my mother's condition, which has been consoling. She even went as far as to provide me with her personal phone number and let me know that I could contact her anytime, as she is available 24/7. I'm so blessed to have had the opportunity of meeting Mrs. Lewis. She is like family to me now.
