  If i could give this place 0 stars i would do so in a heartbeat. if your not from bergen county for atartes this place will not give two f$&@s about you. If you do not have money to obtain legal help they will not help you. If you want to file paperwork they do not help you and they want $25-$50 depending on the motion. These clerks are not knowledgeable at all. The judges are ao unjust its not even funny. This courthouse is a joke.

  Very bad experience. I received ticket on 5/19/16 for careless driving without explanation. When I asked for explanation sheriff officer told me to go on court.I went to court first time to play no guilty and officer was absent. Second time I saw him and he apologized to me before I went inside. He never said anything to a judge or prosecutors.When I went inside prosecutor gave me only options to pay ticket or $500 to reduce my points. And also they gave Web site for classes for reducing points for another $50. I paid ticket, finished class with MV on line but my car insurance went up $500 for 6 months.This is my experience with court and sheriff officer on River Road in Garfield NJ.

  I wish I could give this court 0 star because Judge didn't sentence Jennifer Caruso into prison for abandoning Sulley the Dog and forcing dog to die in starvation. This judge is corrupt.
