  Good location, lots of shade (which is very nice during the really hot summer months) from the surrounding buildings, and across the street from a bus stop; making it easy to get to even more locations via public transit​.

  Light rail seems rarely on time, so plan on being at the station at least 5 minutes before it's scheduled arrival. You will likely catch the one that was supposed to have already left lol
