  I have been attending classes at Centered for over a year now and I cannot sing enough praise about how incredible this place is. The layout of the building is inviting and open, which welcomes you from the first moment you walk in. The teachers are knowledgeable and caring, and provide a safe environment for you to practice and grow. Matthew has been my primary instructor at Centered. He teaches a class that reaches each of his students where they are at in their practice, no matter what level they may be on. I am so grateful to have found this place!

  Great location for yoga. I love the doors that can open to outside courtyard.

  Yoga noobs (me!) need not be afraid. Staff members here are super friendly and accommodating.

  I started going to Centered for yoga classes with Matthew about 4 months ago...He is one of the most thorough, technical yoga instructors in the state! His subtle power style is amazing for both the body and mind! I have also had the pleasure of his lymphatic drainage massages. I have suffered from chronic pain and headaches for years. The combination of massage and yoga has drastically improved my quality of life. It has been the most amazing, life-altering experience! Thanks to ALL the Centered team for your kindness, unconditional love, and guidance. I am forever grateful for finding Centered. There, I am home.
