::I've had chronic back pain for over 20 years so I've worked with a lot of PTs. I've been going to CNMR for over a year now and Jon is the best! I've been impressed not only with his professional expertise and experience but also the personal care and commitment he exhibits toward his patients. He is endlessly patient and good humored as we craft and tweak a treatment plan that tackles my back issue from different angles. From pain relief, to strength building, to making custom orthotics, Jon is a wealth of knowledge and experience. I highly recommend CNMR.

::Amazing treamemt! Steph and Cari are both incredible and have been helping me tremendously with my TMJ pain. Monica is the sweetest and is always so helpful when scheduling appointments. So happy I found them when I moved to DC!

::I have a six-day-a-week Ashtanga Yoga practice, and I also do powerlifting a few times a week, when time permits. The combination of these two disciplines can wreak havoc on my back -- it eventually gets too sore and stiff to give an optimum effort in some yoga poses (e.g., certain twists, extreme backbends). A massage-therapy session every few weeks with Dr. Kula goes a long way toward restoring that lost facility in my back.

::I've dealt with pain from various health conditions and surgeries, and I've never had a PT as great as Jon. Jon has an incredible amount of knowledge about the body and how to work with complex and challenging issues. He is very thorough, explains everything very well, and takes time to answer questions. He definitely pushes me, but he always uses my feedback to guide how we move forward. I have also seen the two chiropractors, Cara and Brian- they are both really fantastic. While I haven't seen them as consistently as I've done PT, I have been extremely satisfied and think they are both excellent. I have been completely happy with the services I've received and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

::I am on my second shoulder surgery recover process. Based on a recommendation from a friend/co-worker, after my first surgery, I elected to do my physical therapy here due to proximity to work and ability to fit it into my lunch breaks. I loved that my PT, Jon, worked with me when I explained I have a very physically demanding life. We went over the mechanics of movement that I would need and targeted workouts to those demands in addition to general overall strength and flexibility. I was able to regain almost full range of motion as well as strength in my shoulder. When I began having issues with my knees the following year, I loved that I did not need a recommendation from my Dr. to go back to PT for a little help getting back in order. I went for a few visits to work on a plan to reduce the pain and avoid further medical intervention on my knees. I recently had to have surgery on my other shoulder and I have continued to go back to CNMR because I feel like my therapy is custom to my needs and aimed toward helping me get back to being able to participate in the things I love instead of having to adjust my life to work around an old injury. I would strongly recommend this office to anyone (and I have).
