  I like going here for my ultrasounds. They have a Spanish speaking technician and she made a huge difference explaining everything in my native language. I think her name is Andrea.

  I've been here at least 5 times now (3 with my pregnancy in 2019) and 2 with my current pregnancy in 2022. Each time, I've arrived early, but haven't been seen until 45 minutes to 1.5 hours past my appointment time. If you come here - be prepared to wait - bring a book or laptop or something. I still gave 2 stars because the ultrasound technicians/sonographers are pleasant and do a great job. Hopefully something can be done with scheduling to lessen wait times for patients.

  As a patient of Dr. Appel (who doesn't have ultrasound equipment in her OB office), this is where I have to go for ultrasounds. The location is pretty inconvenient, as you have to park in a parking garage and then walk probably a mile through winding corridors of the hospital just for an ultrasound. I've had 3 ultrasounds here, and I have never been taken back at my appointment time. They want me to show up 20 minutes early, but then take me back 45-60 minutes late as if my time doesn't matter, as if I'm not missing work to be there. That's especially rough when they've asked me to come with a full bladder. The waiting room is pretty basic, nothing to write home about. The ultrasound rooms are nicer and very large. As for the experience, it depends on the ultrasound tech you get. I've had a good tech who answered all of my questions, talked to me the whole time, and took the time to get really great pictures of my son's face at the end. And I've had two bad techs who took me back late, rushed my appointment, were so rough that my belly was bruised afterward, and acted like I was getting on their nerves when I asked questions. I understand there are some things they can't tell me, but if I ask, "Oh, is that his foot?" or something like that, they should be able to tell me.

  Sonographers rushed through the process. Made an extremely personal situation Impersonal. Barely talked or explained what she was doing. Totally killed my and my family excitement. Also, the pictures were horrible.
