::These guys just saved my rear AGAIN. I called 6 different places that were closer to me, and all of them had to order the part I needed replaced on my older model smart phone, with a 3 to 5 day wait time. My LIFE is in that phone! I drove an hour and 4o minutes (round trip) to go to the very same Cellular Exchange that had bailed me out in a similar situation just a few months back. Worth the drive. Professional, courteous, capable, and eager to help. To be fair, I'm not saying you should expect them to have tons of parts for older cell phones; I have no idea! I am saying that they went out of their way to dismantle a similar phone they had up for retail sale, and used it to repair my phone... oh, just before closing time. In my book, that's bending over backwards to earn my business and help me out in a tough spot. Not just getting the job done... cool people, too. Thanks, Javier! I don't know why I called those other places at all...

::Had a great customer service experience at Cellular Exchange today. The gentleman who helped us was very attentive and helpful. After a series of events where we discovered the problem with our old phone was simply a Verizon network issue (not a broken phone), he gladly refunded our money on the new phone we had purchased. Also, they have a great selection of used phones for all major carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-MOBILE, etc). I encourage you to check them out for your cell phone needs.
