  Cedarhurst Justice Court Judge Nathaniel Swergold belongs in prison. Here are some of the things I observed him do on Wednesday, December 3, 2014: 1. He forced a disabled holocaust survivor, who was also indigent, to pay an $80 fine for failing to duct-tape his handicapped permit to his rear-view mirror. I personally spoke to Village Trustee Ari Brown about this incident, and he agreed to speak to the mayor about it the following day. Exactly 17 days after I made that phone call, the mayor died from a "brief illness". According to my Jewish faith, the punishment for abusing vulnerable individuals is a sudden, untimely death that G-d Himself carries out. I am not convinced that the mayor's sudden passing was unrelated to the despicable fashion in which that holocaust survivor was treated. How dare Jews allow holocaust survivors to be treated like that! Even my gentile co-workers, some of whom are Muslim, were extremely disturbed when I reported this incident to them. 2. He forced numerous people to pay fines for failing to hover over their parking meters to make sure that the meter would continue working for the duration of the time that they paid for. One of the victims was clearly indigent, who also had a minor child to support. 3. He forced me to pay a fine for failing to renew my registration in a timely fashion after the DMV listed my car as stolen in error. SEND NATHANIEL SWERGOLD TO PRISON NOW! THIS MAN IS A CRIMINAL!

  If I could give this court no stars I would there is never any justice here just money on top of tickets on top of games . They pick on the handicap people! I am very upset by this bs and they should be ashamed to call this place a justice court!!!

  Truly horrible and ridiculous experience. The judge man was very rude and the court clerk was not helpful to me at all . I was here for a bullshit reason and they repeatedly dragged it out . I was unclear of my court date and did not receive letters in the mail or even a phone call back .
