  As for now, I can only say below poor-fair...While I don't have anything against creativity and music, it becomes just unbearable to stand this studio's work-in-progress. You can hear the same beats over and over for weeks, with "a cappella" loop, which is even more annoying than a dog's barking. There is not a single day in week when your hearing is not affected by these noises. The worst are hours of operation - you basically never know when you will hear excruciating beats (day and night hours!). Guys, seriously, you are not alone in the universe. And people are just loosing their patience with your disturbance that can be easily avoided.... Here are a few tips (and hopefully you will take them into consideration before pressing "play" next time in a residential building): a) get acoustical foams with sound absorbing capabilities so your neighbors can finally open windows and get some fresh air! b) think about buying sound diffusers and acoustic bass traps so your bass buildup can be reduced, along with the effects of standing waves within a recording room. c) isolation pads might be also helpful in controlling a structure-born noise and resonant vibration d) buy acoustical window seals and acoustical door seals for your basement's infrastructure... Good luck.
