::I hate having to call this place! You are on hold for so long, then someone picks up and puts you back on hold! There have been so many times that I couldn't get a hold of someone and have had to take time off work or drive over in a hurry on my lunch to try and talk to someone in person. I no longer have it now because they told me they were needing documents but I wasn't notified. Then I'm told that my caseworker is no longer there and that someone else took over so things might have gotten mixed up. Might have gotten "mixed up?!?" So I lose the assistance due to your discrepancies? CCMS is great if you really need the assistance. But I wouldn't suggest anyone deal with this if they don't really need to.

::Ive been dealing with ccms since 2009. They always have been rude. But I learned how to fix that by working through customer businesses myself. Simply ask for corporate phone number and they will kiss ass to get their job done. I had a friend who had the same issue they told her they were cancelling her services for something that was beyond her control. I told her to call them back and ask for corporate and guess what, they didnt want to give her the number so they reinstated her services. Sucks you have to play that game but if it gets the job done then so be it. Just simply ask for corporate number.

::They should be able to give you the status of your application but they can’t even do that. It’s very upsetting not knowing what’s going on or if you can even get approved for the waitlist while waiting for over a month.

::I waited on hold for at least 10 minutes just to hear they cant take my call right now. I left a callback number just to be told the system is down. I called back and waited another 24 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone she said they hadn't spoken to me in over 4 months when I had just called in Monday, Friday and sent in 3 different faxes. Then she put me on hold and I was hung up on. I'm pretty sure if they employed half the people calling and get rid of the rude, incompetent and inconsiderate ones answering the phones things would flow alot easier. Just because its government assistance doesn't give you the right to treat people poorly.

::My first was worker was great.. my second one must have been here for decades because she is lazy, forgetful and gets Nothing done. I have complained twice plus the hold time is always over 15 minutes. How hard is it to work a case as a "case worker" I blame management or the lack of. Having good Customer service is Not that hard.😑
