  Never use this bank! This bank is all about charging fees to customers. And those fees are ridiculously higher than others. The staff at the branch are not polite and very indifferent to customer matter. Closed both my and my wife's account this week.

  They won’t cash a check drawn on this location without contacting the person who wrote the check. Really ? When asked to see the bank policy in writing they refuse and say it’s “internal policy”. Better off going to a Chase or BoA instead of this rinky dinky bank.

  The Branch staff and the Management are very polite and considerate My experience has been extremely positive and have had been met traditional courtesy right from the entry-where the armed guard opens the door and the team member welcomes you to offer of coffee or water as you complete your business. This personal banking is echo of the past what banking used to. Their range of services is large and their CD rate among the most favorable

  Bank size really doesn't matter. I love their service, very on time. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

  Very friendly and professional staffs. Good thing is that customer don't need to wait long in line. Also this branch offer free coffee and water for customers while doing business. Parking lot / location are somewhat inconvenient and bank size is small. However, service is definitely better than major banks. You will love it. Overall I'm very satisfied. Highly recommend.
