  This is a great firm if you want to be told by their paralegal to go somewhere else. Jackie is a rude, incompetent, dolt who answers any question about "Why?" with "Because." like a toddler, and then tells you they won't help you if you ask for an explanation. Believe me, her telling you to go somewhere else is all the help you can ever ask for. Save your time and breath, and go to a more professional firm.

  Horrible service. Don't even bother using them to represent you for sale/purchase of property. You don't have direct contact with the attorney and your left dealing with an incompetent paralegal who doesn't know how to answer basic questions of concern within a contract, and is not efficient and detailed at all. Furthermore, they fail to provide a very important service that should be automactic with you being the client (integrity and compassion). When you initially go to sign your contract, if you have questions or doubts about signing they will NOT reassure you about anything within. In fact, they are not very accomodating when it comes to asking questions. The paralegal made me feel like i was a bother each time I had one. This morning I received a call from her stating that Cavallo and Cavallo would not represent us because of the back and forth questions and uncertainty I had about signing the contract. Lets just say, they did me a huge favor. I found a better real estate attorney who is empathetic to my needs and doesn't have a problem going back and forth with my questions and concerns and put me at ease immediately.

  Cavallo & Cavallo guided me through the purchase of my first home and made my experience absolutely amazing. Vincent and Jackie were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions right away. They really did make my experience so great. Even my real estate agent was amazed at how quick, efficient and responsive they were. Great rates and definitely the best in the business!

  This law firm represented me twice and I couldn’t have been more pleased. From Mr. Cavallo to his paralegal Jackie , everything went very smoothly! Professional, knowledgeable and courteous they were always available to answer my questions. I would recommend this law firm and come to think of it, I have recommended them to family and friends.

  Cavallo and Cavallo represented us when buying our first home. Jackie Connors (paralegal) is absolutely amazing! She is knowledgeable, patient, kind and reassuring. She went above and beyond with helping us and made a long process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this law firm.
