  Following my first visit to this dry cleaner, I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Although I had asked for no starch, clearly this request was not noted as my shirts came out flat and stiff as cardboard (I had to peel them apart). By itself I might have given them another chance, however they also came back with white stains on them to the point that I will need to have them cleaned again before being usable. I only hope that the more delicate ones have not been permanently damaged.

  I've had a few things cleaned here, but I mainly use Cathy's for alterations because they do great quality work in a good time frame.

  I should have paid attention to the reviews. I was in town on business and needed a pair of pants and some shorts cleaned. I was asked specifically if I wanted a crease and said no. I took the clothes back to the hotel and didn't really think about it until the next morning when I went to wear the pants. They had a crease you could slice a porterhouse with and not only that, they looked like they had been worn for 10 years straight while falling down a mountainside. They were weathered and are virtually destroyed. I didn't notice the shorts until the day after that. Giant crease (yes, in shorts) and weathered to the point they are now ruined. Avoid this place.
