::I wanted an FTD arrangement when I looked for a florist this shop came up at 9528 E Lockwood Circle in Mesa Arizona. It is a house in a gated community. I was able to get in and witnessed these people working out of their home. Not sure why FTD allows this. I just went to Safeway. Looks like they have a lot of complaints

::Terrible awful place, they used to have a location in Queen Creek/San Tan Valley. I received horrible flowers 2 days late. Wanted a refund, took her over two weeks to refund. The only reason she did, is because I bashed her business daily on social media until she did. She also sent me rude and filthy language emails (which I still have). They do not even have real delivery drivers or a real cooling system for their flowers. She closed her business shortly after I posted on every FB group page to not give her business. She should be closed down.

::I wish I would have seen these reviews before I bought my flowers; everyone here is telling the truth!! My flowers were not delivered on the day they said they would, and there's no way to get a hold of the company, so over the next few days I called the floral call center multiple times to ask them to speak with the shop so that I could cancel my order (my mother was no longer going to be in town), but they just kept telling me they couldn't get a response from them. They kept saying they'd leave a message and that the company would call back, which they never did. Finally, several days after they were supposed to deliver, a delivery girl called me and in a very snobby way told me to let her through our neighborhood gate. I told her that I had left multiple messages saying I needed to cancel and wanted a refund- she just seemed upset and told me goodbye then hung up. Three days later, I get a confirmation email of the order, which said that the delivery was successful on the day I had ordered it, which is not true. Now two weeks have passed and I still haven't gotten my refund and there is no way of getting a hold of the company. Biggest SCAM of a company I have ever seen! These people are ridiculous. Zero stars- these thieves should be in jail.

::Beautiful flowers sent to my mother in law on Friday for Valentine's Day! Prompt customer service after I emailed with a question. Ordered online from Florida Friday morning and my mother in law received them Friday afternoon right before dinner. She sent me a picture of the arrangement and it was so pretty. Exactly what we ordered. I was nervous after ordering seeing all of the online reviews. But we are satisfied, happy customers :) Ordered again yesterday for mother-in-law's birthday. BEAUTIFUL 💚💐🌼🌷🌻🌹🌿
