  Right up there with Saint Patrick's Cathedral and The Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine. This place is spotless. The grounds are huge. Took pictures of almost everything in the building. The wrought iron spiral stair cases are beautiful. Coming back to experience a mass here. Weddings are like are a storybook affair here. The organ, the Altar, the stain glass windows. Downstairs is a couple of display cases with religious artifacts. Historically known for its music ministry. Originally the train station was installed to transport the members of its Men & Boys choir from Brooklyn and Manhattan for services and rehearsals. A new organ was installed in 1986. Cornelia Stewart and her husband Alexander T. Stewart are buried below the basement altar. Step downstairs when you visit.

  The church is beautiful and the congregants and clergy are warm and welcoming, but rhe church's bathroom facilities are not wheelchair accessible. The school does have full accessibility but there is a walk to the building and I am not sure if that building is open every Sunday during services. Please check prior to going for your needs prior to visitation.
