  I called Cathay Express on Wednesday for a possible move on Saturday for my mom, from one assited living facility to another. The reservations lady I spoke with was always courteous and professional. At the end, I received a quote and an arrangement to solidify the move timing when I knew more. When I did know more the confirmation process was painless. Pick up was right on time. Most vendors I've asked to meet me at the location have gotten lost and been late because of that. Not Cathay Express! Jason, the driver, was very gentle and caring. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. Thanks to everyone, and especially Jason!

  I recently had surgery and needed to have someone drive me to and from my appointment, as one is not allowed to drive after surgery. Cathay provided this service for me and did so with such kindness and care. After my surgery, they took me home, made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was perfect. I will definitely recommend you guys to my friends. Thanks!

  I was referred to Cathay through a friend. My mother had a procedure done and needed transport back home. They were very pleasant over the phone and was able to fit my mother in for a ride the same day I called for a very reasonable rate. Keep the up good work I hope the best for the team!

  We had a fantastic experience with Cathay Express. The driver was super helpful and accommodating. He even helped my aid lift my wheelchair over a few steps and provided me with door to door service. We really could not have had a better experience
