::Wost experience ever. My husband and I practically paid 95% of the money for our jeep which is still sitting in the lot or God knows where else. Workers were constantly found sitting in the jeep chilling even when told not to do so. Every day, every week for the last 10 months it's been story after story, frustration to no end. This dealer is unreliable, deceitful, unremorseful and unprofessional. This dealer claims to have purchased parts for the vehicle, many of which is not visible or absent to date. The vehicle was accidentally hit by a worker when it was being moved and to date hasn't been fixed. The state of NY according to this dealer has a back log which equates to us not getting the title for the jeep until the next "Arch" is constructed. We have asked for our money back severally and still to no avail. However, this dealer has the gaul to call and request money. This dealer is still in physical possession of the jeep and our money. He has not provided us with any tangible solution nor our completed and drive ready jeep despite our legally binding agreement. Folks, check out the reviews. The facts are there. Buyers beware !!!. He owes us over 95% of the money we paid for the truck to date and all we are asking for is just our money back. It's sad when law abiding, hard working, tax paying citizens cannot get justice and is strung along. When will this injustice and callousness end !!!
