  So I lived here for under 2 years, it's no better or worse than most projects in NYCHA and it's not always NYCHAs fault. There are people who can be delt with and not when it comes to staff. All around living here is what you make of it, and business will be the same.

  Honestly tired of interacting with people who only speak one language. At least 50% of the Demo speaks Spanish, why cant people who speak the language be hired? Having non Spanish speaking people allows for rent to stay manipulated, fluctuated and stress causing for the tenants. Things cant be fixed because of no way to communicate and thats just one of the many problems of not having people who speak Chinese, Spanish, creole, etc. Thanks NYCHA .
