  Cass corridor neighborhood association - CCNDA owns income based residential properties in the Cass corridor neighborhood. They have a community center here available for residents and the neighborhood.

  This property company are the worst. Refuse to do repairs, or spray for bugs. 2 years and still haven't had repairs made. The repairs you lucky to have done takes weeks to have did. They replaced cabinets with bug infested, and black mold then refuse to replace them saying they are doing renovations. You can sit in office and ask directly for something to be done spraying or some kind of help. They will look off and pay your request no mind and in the end ask you to give them money to keep treating you like they been.

  the cass corridor was once the lifeline, and gem of detroit. with its many bars and social clubs, it provided the college students of wanye state, the workers of the medical district and the auto workers will places to travel to by foot when they left work/school in recent years the cass corridor has went down hill ( even before the economic decline of detroit), now many of the detroiters who society would deem unfit live in the cass corridor. this area is notorious for its abundance of prostitution, and homless people. family area rating- 2/5 cass corridor is ranked amoung the top ten of most inhospitable places of detroit, coming in at number 3.
