  First they lost some game of my wii.. like a month ago 2 week ago I came to get out a necklace and I haven't even used I bought 14k and know that I need money again they tell me its fake how is even that possible I've always pawn it hear some one in there must be changing merchandise because I'm dam sure my chain wasn't fake I've pawn it here since 2016 more the 6 times and know this you must investigate your employees I have notes that proof what I'm saying

  I've had 2 bad experiences in a row here. The first time I went I took some Beats Powerbeats 2. I talked to a lady who said she could offer me $50 but I needed a charger. I went home to get it and then I got another agent who told methey don't take headphones. He offered me $20. The second time I took my Apple TV. The manager didn't know what it was. After I explained, she told me that the people in the area don't really have any need for it and offered me $10. The older agents aren't familiar with current technology.

  Friendly staff, and gave me a fair loan on my items. Would use this location again if I needed to pawn something.

  Just want to give a good review and thank John and all employees for working with me. Brought in some golf clubs that were old to cover another pawn I had in there and asked just for the money to cover the pawn that was late, they gave me more then I asked for which helped me a lot. Thanks guy's, keep up the great customer service.
