  No such thing as customer service here. I had questions about various products in the store, to no avail. I was lied to and told this store did not have an item that i found on the shelves five minutes later. It became very apparent to me after five minutes that these two gentlemen were not interested in my business so i took my money elsewhere. These two were more interested in blaring their collection of drake songs on a sterio and playing with their phones than helping customers, which i found a very odd thing for two grown men to be doing but hey i dont judge the lifestyle choice just the customer service :)

  The "manager" De is very inconsiderate of the reason people go there, I was going through a rough time and she conducted herself rudely. She has no empathy and only cares about cheating people. I had to pay for their mistake and not even a sorry. Such a rude person I don't know how she lives with herself. Will not go here anymore..

  Every time I've come here they've given me great service and I've always left happy. I come there for a lot of the video game stuff and Blu ray movies. Sometimes you can find some really good deals on gaming equipment or even a rare game. I've bough movies from them. I bough a regular wii from them for $29.99 from them which is perfect for a specific game my wife plays and eventually daughter. I think that what goes around comes around. Come in with a positive attitude and you get a positive attitude back. Come in with negative attitude and you might not get the price you want and then comment a negative post. That's called be a troll. So on behalf of the great customer service I have received... Don't listen to the trolls.
