::This will be the last day I buy sell or Pawn anything from this location the management is very rude and it seems as though the workers follow the suit I understand that there is a store policy and there is a management policy and it seems as though the manager has had a reputation of dealing with the customers and a very unprofessional way weather poor customer service poor communication no professionalism and condoning you're kinda I do not and will not conduct any more business or recommend this location to anyone my experience begin a couple of times but this one really Nails it I go in to pawn my Xbox One and get a little over $100 4 I then was given a receipt that had a ticket number on I end up misplacing the ticket number receipt I call to see when is the last day that I would have before they pull it off the I end up misplacing the ticket number receipt I call to see when is the last day that I would have before they pull it off the shelves and the lady told me that I had up until August today is July 30th and when I walked into the store to buy back my Xbox the person behind the counter told me that my Xbox was pulled on July 16th so let me inform anyone looking at this location that if you misplace lose or somehow it gets stolen your receipt your ticket number it is probably best that you go inside that store immediately as soon as possible leave work leave your child whatever you need to do before that store closes that day you need to go in and get another copy of your receipt in ticket number because if you call and they give you a confirmation of the date that they needs to be cool they will give you false information and by the time that you get to the location to pick up your item to buy back your item it will probably already be sold.

::Jeers to Cash America Pawn. They have excellent employees yet the management is garbage. They sold me faulty and damaged merchandise and blamed me when I took it back into the store. They have no consideration for people or customer s service. Check out the other locations. This one I do not recommend.

::I used to always go here. It stops TODAY!!! I've bought 5 non working items in the past 3 weeks from there and they're trying to tell me I can't return anything else. Bought a tablet today, got home and it's having networking issues. So I called, the girl put me on hold for 6 minutes. Hung up and called back and she told me the managers busy. I argued that I was trying to return the item, she cut me off and put me on hold. Sat on hold for another 3 minutes and someone hung up on me!!! DO NOT waste your money here!!!!! They are very rude. Horrible customer service 😡
