  The food is absolutely terrible. It’s overpriced and very bland. Plan on about $20 per person, not including drinks. The service is also absolutely pitiful. The most off-putting thing IMO was the smell. It absolutely reeks the moment you walk in, so be prepared. They are so understaffed and their servers are absolutely clueless. Their restrooms are rarely cleaned. They look and smell absolutely disgusting. It’s really too bad that this place is going so far downhill.

  I've been visiting Casa Bonita since I was a small child, and I continued visiting when my kids were growing up, and now that my kids are grown, we still visit for "old time's sake." Admittedly, the food leaves a lot to be desired, and you'll wait in line for a long time before you get seated. But this isn't the type of place you visit because you love authentic Mexican food or when you're in a rush - it's all about the experience. You are required to pay for a meal in order to gain entry, but then all the entertainment is free after that - live music, theatrical shows, a haunted tunnel, a gift shop, puppet shows & pinatas for the kids, and much more. You'll pay for a few things, like the caricature artist, the old-time photos, and the arcade, but you don't have to spend any additional money past the cost of the meal to enjoy a great experience. You can spend all day in this place and never get bored. Definitely a must-see if you have kids!

  I can to Denver with my husband for a work conference and I had some time to kill with our kids during his meetings. Casa Bonita was heaven sent. This place is magical. We loved every minute of it. The food was good, but it won’t change your life. Come to be transported and entertained. My kids loved it and I pretty much had to drag them out because they didn’t want to leave.

  We went here for a school thing. It was so unorganized like they had no idea we were coming. They had 1 waiter for all 100 of us, he was also waiting other tables other than our group. I felt bad for him. The food is terrible and the arcade never had anyone in there to help anyone out. I've been here 2 times once with my kids and then with a school field trip. I will NEVER go back. Don't waste your money. The only cool thing is watching the diver and the chips and salsa.

  I give this place 4 stars only cause of the wait time, when you enter this restaurant there's a long "Disney World's attractions" line that you have to go though to order, get your food by tray and then you go to your table. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pretty cool, the table we sat at had a kind of Mexican feel, pretty cool. The kids love the entertainment, wasn't my cup of tea. It was surprisingly humongous, and still packed. I suggest to at least try it out, at least once.
