  Great neighborhood spot. If you can walk there, you'll have less guilt :-) The staff are all really nice, helpful, and patient with little (and big) kids who can't make up their minds.

  Summer classic, which is why it's always packed (you wait a little bit the stuff is fresh). Decent variety , decent prices.

  Mint chocolate chip ice cream tasted like toothpaste. Not a big deal. Maybe some people like that different flavor, but when I complained and asked for something else, the guy behind the counter seemed offended and told me that in 20 years no one has ever complained. I wasn't insulting his mother, just saying I didn't like the company recipe. Expected better service. Disappointed. Replacement ice cream was cookie dough and quite good.

  My neighborhood Carvel! An amazing store. It even has the vintage ice cream cone on top of the building still.
