  The thug behind the counter seemed like he had no Interest in being there. I guess he doesn't belong in customer service. Try smiling a bit buddy. When he walked to the machine and back he was walking like he had rocks in his shoes. After giving me my change I said thank you he turned his back and walked away without saying a peep! Don't recommend. Ice cream was just ok.

  Okay service. Machine were definitely due for a cleaning. .. I’m a bit biased I’ve worked at a Carvel for about 5/6 years so I can taste the difference .. again just a bit biased

  Ice cream always tastes fresh. Decor could be updated.

  Great selection of frozen treats in the freezer and the freshmade orders are always delicious.

  They have an excellent crew of cake designers and the cakes taste pretty good too. I got my daughter's birthday cake here last year and she wants another one for her next birthday.
