  The staff is friendly and the ice cream is delicious,but it's a bit expensive.

  Bought a chocolate milk shake the guy loaded it with syrup couldn't taste the ice cream brought it back and told staff the person who made it said he put in less than what he did even though I watched him and told me I was lying and to add insult to injury manager wouldn't replace it. Love carvels just not this one.

  Carvel is great. The ice cream is so rich and sweet. I would go here often. The only thing that I don't like about Carvel is that the prices are outrageous. If you want ice cream but a small wallet, this isn't the place to go.

  Wonderful franchise and owners, along with employees. I'm often here to pick up cakes, and ice cream cones once in awhile. There's adequate seating throughout. The decor is a little lacking but I'll gladly give up a little ambiance in the face of better prices. They have ready made cakes or custom orders. I realize they also have Cinnabon here as well although i haven had a chance to try theirs out.
