  Mad rude the workers stay on there phone one of the workers was using racist words to another women & try to fight the lady because she order ice cream the worker did not want to do her job this place is not good for services at all live & neighborhood for over 10 years

  My poor 75 yr old grandma went in there today 5/2/17 and needed assistance from Jennifer and was treated horribly. Jennifer just pointed at cakes and when asked if there is any other with better price was then ignored. The cake was heavy to pick up from the freezer and she did not assist an old lady with the cakes, there are very rude workers there and I would advise any one and friends and family not to ever shop there they have no respect for the elderly!

  Worst place to go ever.The Hispanic lady there is extremely rude and very unprofessional .She always has an attitude with customers.The prices are high as well , compare to other places.would never recommend to anybody going there.

  We got 2 Junior sizes, and the asian lady barley put any ice cream in those cups. I asked her how come there was so little ice cream and she told me it was the junior size....I wonder how much she would put in a kids' size - a drip (perhaps) :) Not that my kids are big eaters, but it was sooo little, that I could not resist writing this, and I hope to see what others have to say. There was a guy in front of us being served by the other worker, she filled up his cone, just like any other Carvel place, The asian lady looked at her and made her spill that cone in one of their containers, so she can re-fill it for half of the prior size... Not worth the walk...I understand that nowadays people are cost conscious, but this was a bit too much
