  They make ice cream that's wonderful, the place is a little tight in terms of space. Limited table seating.

  Cant go wrong with Carvel but Huge downfall is there is no public bathroom. How is there no bathroom for customers? They told us we can use subways bathroom next door.. what?! Seating is very limited.

  This place has improved with the refreshing of the decor....it seems like they do not keep their employees very long because it is always a new face. The softserve is pretty good. Its a little weird and cheapo that they weigh each ice cream on a scale before they give it to the customer. Three stars because I find it really friggen creepy and stalker-y that the owner sits out in his car (Charger) and stares at everyone through his windshield.

  Hot and cold here. Sometimes the kids working here are on the ball and you get great service. Sometimes their in slow speed. Guess its who they have on staff.

  [10-14-15] The staff is very attractive! They're friendly and respectful. The male cake decorator is very attractive and he has nice tattoos! The store is also really clean. Did I mention how attractive the cake decorator was? UPDATE [12-19-15]: They fired the male cake decorator because he was too attractive, the bosses treat their workers like slaves by doing more than they get paid for. Definitely not a place to be with kids especially when the boss screams at the employees in front of customers. The owner also tries to scam his employees into buying into his energy business. The workers there however are very positive and a great group of individuals compared to any other Carvels in Staten Island. They deserve to get paid more!
