  Staff was nice and they had variety of ice cream sandwich and cakes. First time trying strawberry ice cake, and it was good. Only thing, price of ice cream cake was a bit pricey. But got the second one for the half price. Satisfied with the service and overall experience.

  So.... where do I start. Went Sunday evening 5-7-17 around 8:30pm. Was greeted by a Asian lady (don't know her name so I have to say Asian lady so they know who I am talking about) by saying O' No when she saw us and was annoyed. I did not understand why there was the need to say O'No. We ignored it. After we placed our order and paid, minutes later I ask her a question. "are you hiring my teenage daughter is looking for a job"? Her answer: "parents are the ones that want kids to work. We don't like hiring them". Could not believe her answer. That is discrimination at its finest and the answer is grounds for a nice lawsuit at the place. I would not recommend this place. Very nasty customer service and clearly behave in discriminatory hiring practices. I will not return. I recommend people to the Carvel on Carmen Ave. Much better customer service.
