  Buyer beware. Had an absolutely disgusting experience. The owner/manager, coming over to assist an employee in training, was coughing in her hand a few times while walking over. She started to try and serve us ice cream with the hand she coughed in. Needless to say after telling her she was wrong for trying to serve ice cream with a hand she coughed in she got defensive and rude. We walked out of there immediately.

  Manager was rude. I was 10 cents below the credit card minimum would not allow me to slide. She was very bureaucratic about it. It felt like she wanted to win the argument rather than being rational. What upset me the most was that after I just had her charge me extra to meet their card minimum, the ice cream turned out to be watery and disgusting. I don't know if she gave me a bad batch on purpose because I argued with her or if that's just the normal level of quality at this store.

  Continuously messing up orders , manager extremely rude , definitely don't waste your money on their customer service
