::I thought they were stingy with the amount of ice cream they put in a waffle cone. I went back in and ordered a waffle bowl with soft vanilla and again a stingy amount of ice cream. I will not go back there again. Plainview has a carvel that really fills the cone. Carvel is expensive to start with, but when they give you a small amount on top of the price they will lose customers. Exit 17 West Hempstead Carvel wasn't bad the last time I went there and Wantagh was ok, but I think Plainview topped them all. I give a double thumbs down to Franklin Square.
