  Been going to this Carvel for years always had a great experience but not tonight. I had ordered a mint chocolate chip Dasher, something I have ordered many times from there. Tonight however they made it without any chocolate chips but with Oreos. When I went to ask them about it they told me I was wrong and that mint chocolate ice cream doesn’t actually have any chocolate chips in it. Go figure. I then spoke with the manager who also insisted that they do not put chocolate chips in a mint chip dasher instead of offering to add some chips in for me. Overall the staff was rude and very aggressive when I tried to have this corrected.

  This selection of delicious ice cream. On Wednesdays, but 1 get one sundae free. Very clean, and the very brief lady that works there is the start. Other stores should learn from her amazing customer service. My kids favorite is cookies and cream ice cream on a cone.
