  This location was my very first job i ever had. I was 15 years old it was the seventies. I was let go my first day. The owners drove me home and gave me a cake. I love carvel!

  Nice staff and clean. Ice cream is ok. Soft serve sucks. I love the idea of the Carvelanche but the ice cream is not good enough to pull it off. In Dairy Queen they serve the same thing (called the Blizzard) except they serve it to the customer upside down, to show it is still frozen. If Carvel did this the ice cream would be all over the floor. I worked in a Carvel a really long time ago and the ice cream quality was better then. There is something wrong with the soft serve. I can't wait until the DQ opens in November so I can avoid Carvel for a ice cream fix.

  This place is horrible. Stood on line for about 10 minutes through the rush. People came after me but we're served first, again that's ok I still waited. The store is empty only my children and I, I put my things on the counter and again wait. No one likes a impatient customer.... one employee walks past, the second employee walked past, and the third walk past no one says a word.... a group of people come in and the one girl immediately begins to serve them. 😡 I simply put my things back and left the store but it's pretty sad that my 7 year old asked me why they did that to us... we simply went to the other one down the road in patchogue as we walked in we were greeted and helped right away.. much better service
