  Always polite and nice. Even when they pack ice cream items into bag special care is taken. I noticed it the other day when they fold top of bag to make sure it is easy to carry out

  I called for 5 chocolate cakes for my triplets and they hung up on me every time cause the couldn’t understand me

  They never answer the phone. You close at 10. Not 9:30 so answer your phone when it rings.
