  Always get kids cakes from this location. Cakes are always fresh and if you need a custom cake, they can accommodate that.

  I went out of my way to come here, since they were open until 11, while almost all other Carvels I saw close at 10, which I thought was cool. Came here a week after my birthday, with a coupon good for a free soft serve cone. The coupon was good through 5/6, the day I visited, as the picture shows. The woman behind the counter said that it needed to be my birthday today to get the free cone. I explained to her how that made no sense, because the coupon clearly indicates that it expires today. (Also, I remember redeeming the coupon last year at another Carvel with no such restriction.) She insisted that it had to be my birthday today, and had no real response to my point that the coupon would expire ON my birthday if that was the case. Also, the coupon itself says nothing about how I need to redeem it on my birthday. I didn't get my free cone, let them know that they were wrong, and I'm letting everyone else know that this place obviously doesn't care too much about customer service and, at the very least, the woman I spoke to was completely in denial of the possibility that she could be wrong. I'm a very reasonable, rational person, but there's simply no way she was right. She seemed like a nice enough person, but she was completely unreasonable with my request and rather than just make a customer happy for very minor cost, she chose to stand firm to her imaginary rules and alienate the customer. Avoid this one.

  Please stay away from this carvel the WORST customer experience EVER!Sister had to go there 3x messed up my Dad's Father's Day Ice Cream Cake by putting Happy Father's Dad&items was put on it i did not pay for nor ask for!!! Wasted my hard earned $50. There was also alot of games being played when i asked to speak to a Manager&get a REFUND& HAVE CAKE REPLACED. Will stick with Merrick road,Jerusalem location or Merrick location from now on. This store needs a new manager or better staff to handle customers' needs especially when messing up a special order items 2 weeks in advance&then saying store is busy as reason for mess up. ALSO THERE NEEDS TO BE BRUSHING UP WITH ENGLISH,VERY POOR COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH WHEN I SPOKE TO CARVEL REP THAT SAID SHE WAS A MANAGER THEN SAID THE MGR WAS NOT THERE. IM VERY DISGUSTED&HOPES CORPORATE SHUTS THIS STORE DOWN VERY SOON!!!!! THERE WAS ALOT OF B.S.&waiting for Regional Corporate Rep to call me back from GA!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE!!! LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER&HAPPY TO MOVE ON!!!!!

  Great Ice cream. They have lots of flavors and different cones. Never had a milk shake but they have lost of options. Prices are moderate.

  Sometimes my ice cream taste freezer burnt. But if you get the ice cream sundaes and soft serve it's amazing!
