  I am a regular customer and the staff is very friendly, the interior is very clean and sanitary. The staff always gets our orders right and they always make the best preordered ice cream cakes🎂.

  Worst carvel I've ever been to. One of the women has attempted to overcharge us several times on items and we refuse to go back. Charging 8 dollars for a ice cream cone with no toppings is unvelievable! Also charged $5 for a side of black cherry topping just because I forgot to ask for it ON the ice cream. Refused to put the topping on the ice cream instead. Never again.

  While the server was just about to serve my ice-cream, a cockroach fell from the freezer door handle into the strawberry ice cream. The girl didn't seem shocked as she proceeded to take a serving spoon (what she was going to use to scoop my ice cream) and took a the cockroach out, as the owner watched right next to her, not saying a word. Just gross.
