  Terrible! My husband went in with a picture of a cake that we wanted done for my sons birthday, explaining exactly what we wanted. The man said it would be no problem. When we picked it up and brought it home, we saw that they just screen printed the picture to the cake. So basically we got a picture of a cake on our cake. It looked ridiculous, but I guess the owner thought that was ok to give us. We will not be going back to this location.

  I'd give zero stars if I could. Terrible experience. The workers were not unfriendly, although not particularly friendly either. But my son felt ill after having some of a strawberry milkshake, and one of the other four items I bought looked sketchy. He ultimately threw up, and I returned what was left of everything, asking for a refund, which they initially refused, but eventually agreed to (after I threatened to tell incoming customers about my sons experience). What bothered me most was no apology whatsoever for my son becoming ill. I've always loved Carvel. Worst store I've been to.
